If your kids are like mine they love those fruit-filled bars you can find at Costco or the grocery store. They're soft, chewy, and sweet... and I'm happy to buy a box once in a while because the bars would be too darn hard to make myself. Right? Wrong!
Fruit-bars are easy to make and you probably already have all the ingredients you need to make them. These bars are made in a food processor (YIPPY) and include healthy ingredients like whole wheat flour, oats and you can include your favourite local fruit preserves like Bonne Maman. YUM! This recipe is from Catherine McCord from Weelicious and you're gonna love it. Happy baking friends.
